Introduction

I am a retired middle school teacher which, as you can imagine, has trained me to speak clearly and loudly. It has also equipped me with nerves of steel. I do not get rattled by unexpected events. You can be assured that during your special ceremony I will do my best to keep things running smoothly.  

Over 40 years in New Mexico, I still love the beauty of the 6 different life zones our state has to offer. I am a hiker and have explored many a trail.

Since retirement, I fill my days by cuddling babies at the Intensive Care Unit, reading to the blind, volunteering at a thrift store, fostering kittens for the city, and ushering at local theaters. You may also catch me dancing away at local concert venues. Or playing pickleball with my buddies.
